Book Pick Up: Participants are invited to meet and pick up the book at 6:35pm Monday, June 18 or 25 after a Yoga class at the Hampton Inn Downtown DSM. Another date for book pick up may be arranged.
Explore: We'll read a quarter of the book (approximately 65 pages) between sessions. We'll come together to practice yoga and chat about our thoughts on the book.
