With appreciation for our bodies, we'll explore a mix of relaxing and energizing movements at a pace all can enjoy.
Lunch will feature fresh, organic, vegan, and gluten free items filled with flavor. Satiate your thirst throughout the day with coconut water, fruit infused water, herbal and a variety of other teas - hot or cold.

Annett Nature Center, located south of Indianola, restores ecological balance by nurturing its prairie roots and we through our yoga.
This beautiful location welcomes us to enjoy our time indoors, outdoors, under a covered shelter, a top a lookout tower and by a wood fire.
