Our time together may include a guided meditation, discussion of your at home practice and needs, exploration of different techniques to invigorate your current practice, and troubleshooting so that you reap the benefits no matter your preferences.

Reiki is an energetic healing practice applied by practitioner's hands moving above, but not on, the body.  Lynn Marie, certified Reiki practitioner, offers Reiki sessions to clients wishing to relieve stress, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, and balance subtle body energy.  To enhance the session's healing qualities Lynn Marie provides the option to rest on a BioMat. 

Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit.  Not a system of religious beliefs, Reiki is simply a relaxing treatment whereas natural healing energy is transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner (acting as a conduit) to the body of the recipient.  


The subtle work of Reiki can enhance your yoga practice and bring your inner healer to light. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves; however, with the normal stress that comes with jobs and family responsibilities, we accumulate negative energy and block the natural flow of positive energy that leads to healing. The harmonizing effects of Reiki are felt on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki treatments are given while lying on a massage table, fully clothed.
