Book Pick Up: Participants are invited to meet and pick up the book at 6:35pm Thursday, February 1 or 8 after a Gentle Yoga class at the Community Housing Initiatives. Another date for book pick up may be arranged.
Explore: We'll read a quarter of the book (approximately 50 pages) between sessions. We'll come together to practice yoga and chat about our thoughts on the book.
