In meeting with you individually, she actively listens to your needs and provides services tailored specifically to you. You will go home with tips, techniques, and strategies for lasting lifestyle improvements.

Class Bonuses - Donation is made, to an organization that supports seriously ill children, A unique to class home practice guide may be provided.
Pick a Better Time - Don't see a class time or style you'd prefer; schedule a private individual or group class. (A 4 person private class is $15 per person.)
Small Classes - All classes are kept small to allow for personal attention. Registration is required.

Physically passive style of yoga which utilizes props to support the body for total relaxation.
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support.
This class is available to EVERY BODY including beginners, desk workers, and those that are uncomfortable getting on the ground.
A slower-paced, relaxing yoga class with light movement.
This style is best suited for those with stress, physical limitations, injuries, seniors, & looking for a slower pace.
Mixed Level Yoga
In this class, held and flowing postures will be explored with breath and awareness.
This class is available to all bodies and levels of ability.
